stand out. And from what i've seen this year, korean dramas have distanced themselves from the normal love square/ triangle that they have been associated with.
Of the 5 Korean Dramas i've posted here, I have to say that 49 days was one of the best so far. It doesn't just talk about relationship between people but between a person and himself/herself. Its such a heartwarming drama to watch because it offers the viewers a kind of perspective that of which if we are dead, would there be someone out there willing to "cry" for us?

Shin Ji Hyun was enjoying absolute bliss as she was about to marry her fiancé, Kang Min Ho, but her perfect life is shattered when she gets into a car accident that leaves her in a coma. She is given a second chance at life by a reaper, but it comes with a condition: she has to find three people outside of her family who would cry genuine tears for her. In order to do this, she was given the opportunity by the “Scheduler” to borrow the body of Yi Kyung, a part-time employee at a convenience store for 49 days.
Lie to me
A Korean Drama about how lies can bring two people together. It's a story about Ah Jung who meets with So Ran and tells her that she's married.
Having a tough day at work Ah Jung went to a club to drink her sorrows away. In the club she met with Sang HeeKi, who at the same time was being look for by Joon- the president of a huge conglomerate and his older brother. He missed his brother by couple seconds and he ended up meeting Ah Jung who collapsed because she had too many drink. He took her to a hospital and paid for her bills. The next day, after Ah Jung tells lies that she's married; she meets with Ki Joon to repay for her hospital bill. But she's nervous and spill juice all over his sweater. Out of embarrassment, she fakes and fainted. Ki Joon, surprise, immediately took her to a hotel room . During this time, Ah-Jung's friends watches and a rumor soon spreads that Ah-Jung and Ki-Joon are married
City Hunter
Lee Yoon-Sung (Lee Min-Ho) works at the Blue House for the National Communication Network Team. He graduated from M.I.T. in the U.S. and possesses elite skills as an I.T. engineer. The story of domestic help who work for rich households. Secret Garden
